What a teacher enters once is used everywhere it is needed.
- Chase missing receipts
Every payment gets a numbered receipt, and every due is visible.
What EduHab does, module by module
Schools choose the modules they need. Each one shares the same student records, so nothing is typed twice.
Setup, students and teachers

Anything else? Call +91 9497739881 or email info@habton.app.
What is EduHab?
EduHab is school management software from Habton Innovations. It brings attendance, exams and results, WhatsApp updates for parents, the school bus and bus fees into one system that the office, teachers, bus staff and parents all share.
Do we need to install anything?
No. EduHab opens in the web browser on any phone, tablet, laptop or office computer, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update on the school's devices.
How do parents get updates?
On WhatsApp. The school shares a link, the parent enters the number the school has on file, confirms it with a 6-digit code and accepts the terms. After that they get absence alerts, results, bus updates and fee receipts.
What if a teacher marks a child absent by mistake?
Absence alerts wait five minutes after a register is saved. If the teacher corrects the register in that time, no message goes to the parent.
Can we bring in our existing student data?
Yes. Students and teachers can be imported from Excel, and any problems are shown row by row. Reports can be taken out as Excel or PDF whenever you need them.
Is student data safe?
Names, admission numbers and parent contact details are stored encrypted, accounts can use two-step sign-in, and each school only ever sees its own data. EduHab is built around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Does EduHab work with Malayalam names?
Yes. You can find students by Malayalam name, Malayalam names print in Malayalam on receipts and report cards, and parent messages use the school's chosen language.
How much does EduHab cost?
Every school gets its own quote, based on its size and the modules it chooses. Contact us for a quote and a demonstration.
